The trick is knowing which ones are the wrong words!
Clients come to me when they have something to say but either find it difficult or have little time to formulate their thoughts into words. That's what I do. I listen attentively to who you are, how you speak and what you have to share with the world, and then put it in writing for you (or edit what you've already written).
I write. I edit. I tell your story.
I have edited novels into publication-ready material, proofread and improved 40-page documents to make them board meeting-worthy, crafted bios that accurately reflected the individual's or organization's unique personality, and created social media copy for numerous industries/topics that got the post liked, the tweet favorited, and the blog shared. Check out my testimonial page.
Freelance writer/freelance editor accomplishments
I have overseen major industry blogs (Single Grain), many posts of which have ranked #1 in the Google SERPs (for competitive keywords like "marketing trends," "influencer marketing," "marketing funnel," "SEO techniques" (featured snippet) and "ecommerce SEO case study").
I have written or edited buyer-intent agency service pages (or landing pages), several of which cracked page 1 on Google (“SaaS marketing agency” is #1, “demand gen agency” is #2).
I have written or edited four industry case studies (one of which ranks #2).
I have written infographic copy for several respected blogs, including Single Grain, Bluehost and Motif.
I have edited two industry podcasts (with ScreenFlow and Adobe Audition), one on marketing & entrepreneurism, one on cybersecurity & diversity (which I also hosted).

HANDY-DANDY GRAMMAR CHEAT SHEETS
I'm blessed with a thirst for knowledge, but cursed with a poor memory. Thus, I write things down, I keep lists, I consult dictionaries constantly.
It was a friend’s remark — "Except for lay/lie, you have a great way with words" — that inspired me to create these handy-dandy infographics so that I no longer had to look it up — everything I needed to know was all there in one pleasing-to-the-eye place.
